Wilesco D10
This is a well loved engine. It is mounted on a board with a water pump accessory. The previous owner named the engine so it clearly meant a lot.
Wilesco D101
This is very worn and was completely seized when I got it. I don't know how or if it runs.
Wilesco D14
The D14 is as new. This is one of my favourite Wilesco stationaries. It feels very solid and thanks to the crank shaft being fully supported by brass bearings it is very smooth. The one thing it lacks that would be a major improvement is a steam regulator as this runs extremely fast as is. It is much more controllable with the BIX gas burner.
Wilesco D16
This was my first Wilesco engine. It is the best medium sized engine that Wilesco make and I'd recommend it as the one to go for if you are just starting. This particular one needs some repairs for melted solder on the end cap and a dent in the boiler. It's perfect at the business end though.
EDIT: All fitted with a brand new boiler now
Wilesco D20
This is Wilesco's mid sized powerhouse. It is another of my preferred engines. This example is near perfect and has very little run time. It was unsteamed when I got it.
Wilesco D22
This is probably Wilesco's prettiest engine.
Wilesco D24
This is Wilesco's smallest of the big three with it's cladded, insulated silver soldered boiler it's a nice, easy going engine. This is an older example with a coarse thread safety valve.
Wilesco D28
The Wilesco D24's big brother and the middle one of the big three. This is the Wilesco D28. It only came in an electrically heated variant and was discontinued in early 1981. It is the fastest Wilesco engine.
Wilesco D455
This one is a more unusual Wilesco engine in that it has an upright boiler and piston assembly. This one is not too old.
